Description

Flat filter cells Civil and industrial ventilation and air conditioning systems, air treatment centres, air generators and paint booths (recirculated air INPUT or OUTPUT). Filtration and pre-filtration of filters with progressively increasing efficiency. Flat filter cells consisting of a sturdy galvanised steel sheet metal frame with a protective galvanised screen which encloses a polyester fibre filter medium. Installation: The installation of F10 filters can be performed in 2 ways: 1) flat layout, perpendicular to the flow of air due to a low frontal airflow up to 1.5 m/s within fitted “U-shaped” guides 2) housed in special duct counter frames (F23) for a frontal airflow up to 2.5 m/s. Maintenance: The filter must be regenerated or replaced when the final recommended head loss or the maximum indicated limits are reached. This model has limited regenerability. Disposal: F10 filters are constructed of inert materials which may be disposed of, when not polluted by toxic-harmful substances resulting from their use, as solid urban waste. Pleated filter cells Pleated filter cells consisting of a sturdy galvanised steel sheet metal frame with a protective galvanised screen and a polyester fibre filter medium with special pleating. Installation: The installation of F12 filters can be performed in 2 ways: 1) flat layout, perpendicular to the flow of air due to a low frontal airflow up to 2.5 m/s within fitted “U-shaped” guides 2) housed in special duct counter frames (F23) for a frontal airflow up to 3.5 m/s. Maintenance: The filter must be regenerated or replaced when the final recommended head loss or the maximum indicated limits are reached.
