The flow-coating is the optimal solution for application of painting by rain jets, with the same result of immersion system in tank, but with advantages to retain less quantity of material and make it easier to change colour. The flow-coating is usually used for those articles of large or odd shape and dimension, where it is difficult if not impossible to make the immersion and/or spraying (so in all those articles with inaccessible points). The pre-treatment is determined by nature of material to treat (metal, aluminium, alloys, plastic, glass, wood, drapery) ant by quantity of impurities on material, based on these factors AIRMADI painting S.r.l. of time in time, suggests and evaluates with Customer the possible application processes (eventual application of primer+enamels and/or protecting transparent), suggesting the correct compromise between the advantages and disadvantages in single cases.
