Stable data transmission with mechanical contact and vibration protection The AIXONTEC SCREWBoot system solution offers the user the possibility to realize a mechanically robust RJ-45 network connection system with screw closure. The system consists of high-quality RJ-45 patch cords with a specially overmolded bend protection sleeve with integrated screws. The special screws are an integral part of the bend protection sleeve and cannot fall out the overmolding. On the RJ-45 jack side we offer special adapter plates and distribution panels (MDB) with integrated screw lock, which are exactly applicable to the SCREWBoot connector. SCREWBoot patch cords can also be used for GigE Vision cables specifically for Gigabit Ethernet cameras used in vision applications.
