Aksan performs closed die forging through maxi-presses. Maxi-presses, ensure required precision and productivity.
Annual forging capacity - 15.000 tons
Max press capacity - 4.000 Tons
Min – Max Gross Weight - 0.5 – 35.0 kg.

Steel material is heated with induction heaters. The temperature of the material is verified by optical pyrometers before proceeding to forging press.
