Especially in the case of hard to reach track rollers for conveyor chains in drying facilities in the automotive industry, to achieve long running life, regular re-lubrication is mandatory due to high temperatures. The goal of the project that was carried out, aimed to further develop the roller to a maintenance-free operation role in compliance with the specified operating life. Küpper solutions Through the use of friction-optimized, self-lubricating and temperature-resistant plastic snap cages, the time consuming regular re-lubrication of the rollers can be omitted.
