Description

The Meniscus Lenses, delicately manufactured by Altechna, are generally applicable for procedures involving focusing beams in telescopes, collimators, condenser systems, optical transceivers or any other procedure related to such. Also, upon customer request, the lens may be anti-reflection coated (refer to Coatings section).

These meniscus lenses are made from a material composition namely, BK7, FS, UVFS, CaF2, ZnSe, Si, Ge. In addition, these have a diameter tolerance of +0.0/-0.1 mm, whereas a thickness tolerance of ±0.1 mm with a clear aperture of >90%. Also, the focal length tolerance of the lenses is ±3% while its design wavelength is approximately 632.8nm.
