The EML-AJ combination machine uniquely and perfectly brings together AMADA’s patented dual servo motor punching technology and a quick, integrated hybrid drive fibre optic laser. Designed to minimise manual operations, it is ideal for full-range processing.
Equipped with a 3kW fibre laser engine manufactured in-house using the industries highestpower single diode modules, the EML-AJ brings a new dimension to AMADA’s highlysuccessful EML CO2 combination machine. Features designed specifically for minimal operatorintervention allow full range processing of simple to complex parts. Various automationsystems can also be utilised to provide long running, unmanned manufacturing. With a fulltable cabin enclosure and second origin setting point for quick, manual operation, employeesafety and ease of operation are guaranteed.

The EML-AJ is equipped with a multi-purpose, 44station turret which includes a 4 station tapping unit.This system allows taps ofM2.5 – M8 to be used incycle and eliminates the needfor a separate tapping unit.Cutting and forming threadtaps can be used. If tappingis not required, the 4 stationscan be used for standardpunch tooling.
