Description
Device able to perform non-destructive tests on wire ropes with diameter ranging from 30 to 80 mm.
The system measures LF and LMA signals, detecting internal and external faults, such as broken wires, corrosion, wear and fretting fatigue.
1. Digital acquisition of LF and LMA signals;
2.Internal centering system (mechanically guided by wheels) that improves signal quality and friction reduction in the bushings;
3.Fully integrated Encoder system that localizes the fault
