Description

The Model SST Transmitter is extremely easy to use for measuring hydrostatic pressure. It indicates the level of liquid by continuously measuring the hydrostatic pressure using a sensing element. The sensing element, an ion implanted silicon semiconductor chip with an integral Wheatstone Bridge embedded in the transmitter measures the pressure and the obtained data is transmitted by a 4 to 20 mA two wire output signal.

It is easy to install too. The transmitter just needs to be lowered into a vessel or well.

Its electronics are mounted in a submersible 316 stainless steel housing. The design helps to obtain excellent linearity and repeatability with low hysteresis and long term stability. The transmitter can be calibrated for any span required.
