The MAH-AC-HD (heavy series) profile bending machines are capable of bending beams up to IPE 1000 and are used for bending large pipes and profiles. Just like the light series, these machines have planetary movement of the bottom rolls, so reduced bending radii can be achieved with less operations, reducing cycle times. These machines have a self-learning mode that ensures repeatability, decreases setup time, material waste, as well as, production time. They can operate in a horizontal position, incorporate lateral guides, mobile control with safety device and are the right choice for the production of large profiles.
