The AMTEC FLOWwrap F40-2XL110GPN Model is basically for very economic high speed OPP film packaging for both dry / large products. It can be clear, printed or laminated, one or more and evenly or unregular shaped. It can accommodate a bag weight and quantity of L(120-450) x W(50-200) x H(10-110) mm and 20-40 pcs/min respectively. It uses a 220V / 3.6KW power and 0 compressed air for smooth functioning. The over-all machine dimension are L4380 x W970 x H1500mm. Other added advantages of this system includes film feed from the top, infeed table with automatic transport through pushers, special guiding device, brush belt, automatic folding & sealing, print mark sensor and PID temperature control etc. The unit is designed to stop in selected positions to eliminate film sticking issues. It also houses optional gas flushing device and can accommodate a maximum film width of 600mm.
