Product overview
Trommel screens are rotary screening units designed for continuous separation of bulk materials in industrial processing environments. They result from decades of experience in mechanical design and modular plant integration.

Base frame
Modular base frame designed for structural strength, quiet operation and straightforward integration into complex plant layouts.

Drive system
Drive, support and guide wheels are polyurethane-coated to minimize vibration and noise at high operating speeds. The transmission is sized for industrial duty cycles and reliable performance.

Separation
Screening panels are available with various aperture shapes and sizes and include anti-wrapping protections to prevent material entanglement.

Ease of maintenance
Equipped with wide access platforms, multiple maintenance access points, large monitored safety doors and integrated internal lighting to facilitate inspection and servicing.

Transport & modular design
Trommel screens are built from modular sections that can be assembled in over 30 configurations. Screening length can be extended up to 25 m by directly combining two units. A bolted version is available to simplify transport and assembly of large models.
