Description
Toothed belt brush consist of two parts: belt and cubes with hair.
The belt types are made according to your machine, such as AT5, AT10, AT20... It is flexible and the speed can reach six meters per second.
The cubes material can be PU, PP, PE or custom made. The fillings are planted in each cubes. The filling we usually use is horse hair, PA, PP or as per your application.
Between belt and cubes, we use high quality industrial gule to combine them toghther tightly, then it become a toothed belt brush.
