This machine is electromechanical integrated structure, gang-type turret design, has no tailstock, and suitable for processing of various parts. The machine bed is box-shaped structure casting with the material of tough cast iron (HT300) by one-time molding casting technology, and processed by the imported high-precision pentahedral machining center using one-time clamping processing. Spindle structure is front fixed and rear floating support, and by using large diameter P4 grade high precision cylindrical roller bearings and high-speed bevel contact ball bearings achieves radial and axial withstand and synthetic load. Spindle bore is 56mm, spindle motor uses variable frequency motor. Ball screw and spindle bearings both are used NSK bearing made in Japan. Two axes are driven directly by the servo motor. Chuck is dead hole hydraulic chuck. This machine has automatical workpiece collecting device, it can work continuously. The CNC control system adopts the internationally acclaimed FANUC 0i TF control system (also can choose the other system according to the user's request). This machine is fully chip guard, and with emergency stop safety button, when the machine suddenly encounters an unexpected power failure or self-failure, due to the special design of the control circuit, it can be self-protection to ensure that the machine and personnel safety.
