Control panel EPBS-C30

EPB-C30 is used as a magnetizing and demagnetizing current controller for all models of lifting system which is comprised of 2 or more battery activated electro permanent lifting magnets. It is powered with batteries and outputs a few pulses of direct current to all modules of the electro permanent lifting magnets in the lifting system. Each current pulse lasts in a given time interval. Operators can simply turn a knob at EPB-C30 to adjust the magnitude of the current to generate 3 different levels of attractive forces to work load. The lower level can be used to attract thin sheet metal one at a time from a stack, without clinging additional sheets underneath. In order to get a maximum safety margin, EPB-C30 outputs magnetizing currents in two stages which are activated by a signal issued from an electronic sensor. First magnetizing current is not big enough and make all modules of the electro permanent lifting magnets partially magnetized only and therefore there is a portion of the rated lifting capacity to the load beneath them. A few seconds after the lifting system elevated off ground, the second and the bigger magnetizing current takes place. By now the entire electro permanent lifting magnets would be saturated with magnetization and obtain full rated lifting power. So, if the lifting system can lift a load after the first and partial magnetization, it can absolutely lift the load safely after the second and full magnetization.
