Share files or data from internal or external data sources securely with recipients you specify. The data remains securely stored in your own IT system until it is retrieved. A data owner can define the business rules according to which data may be transferred/retrieved in the predefined Smart Contract within the Transfer Module. In this way, a wide variety of conditions, such as the number of data records per period, can be programmed. The contract maintains and enforces the rules, when a request for data access is received. The system securely records which data is requested by whom and transferred whereto, while an uncontrolled outflow of data is avoided. Advantages of the ARXUM® Transfer Module Automation Instead of manually responding to requests, data transfer is executed fully automatically, cutting away human effort on collecting data, sending emails, or waiting for responses. Requests for data exchange are addressed to the smart contract of the data owner. Governance & Controls Only the data owner has the keys to define and change the rules and conditions und which an access to data can be granted. The Smart Contract not only stores the rules, but it also executes the related code in the blockchain runtime environment.
