Description

Overview
The sensor system ASC AiSys® VibroTherm enables time-synchronous acquisition and analysis of triaxial accelerations and temperature for real-time condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and digital twin integration. FIR and IIR filters and feature-extraction algorithms are preconfigured. The triaxial accelerometer uses MEMS capacitive sensing with a configurable range from ±2 g to ±40 g and supports sampling rates up to 4 kHz per axis. Integrated electronics provide acceleration acquisition at 20-bit resolution. Temperature is measured with high resolution and sampling (see technical specifications). The system is intended for monitoring critical vibrations and oil/operating temperatures on motors, bearings and gears.

Housing and interfaces
The sensor system has a lightweight aluminum housing rated IP68. It includes an integrated cable with configurable length and a standardized CAN bus interface; a DSUB connector is preassembled at the cable end for straightforward integration.
