TechnologyThe smart sensor system ASC AiSys® ECO 3321 enables acquisition and analysis of accelerations. FIR and IIR filters as well as algorithms for feature extraction are preconfigured. The triaxial accelerometer is based on proven MEMS capacitive technology, offers configurable measuring ranges (±2 g to ±40 g: 2, 4, 8, 10, 20, 40 g) and supports sampling rates up to 4 kHz per axis. The integrated electronics provide acceleration acquisition with 20-bit resolution.
HousingThe system features a lightweight aluminium housing with IP67 protection and an integrated cable with configurable length. The standard interface is CAN-Bus with a DSUB connector at the cable end.
ApplicationsThe ASC AiSys® ECO 3321 captures behavior and characteristics of components, vehicles, machines and infrastructure and enables real-time condition monitoring. Correlating historical and current data allows prediction of critical parameter trends. Typical applications include predictive maintenance, digital twin creation and process automation.
