Overview

The Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (5G) converted and ATEX-certified by Atexxo Manufacturing for use in hazardous locations. The conversion combines a modified aluminium housing with an intrinsically safe electrical circuit to permit safe operation in gas/vapor Zone 2 and dust Zone 22 (equivalent to NEC Class 1 Division 2). Nearly all original Apple features are preserved while meeting explosion-safety requirements.
