Description

The Xenotest® Alpha+ is a weathering unit that is made for testing light and the rapidness of the weather. It is used for the simulation and acceleration of the natural weathering process. It offers dependable outcome regarding long-term behavior of materials. It is suitable for the applications that involve textiles which come in accordance with ISO 105-B02, B04, B06 and AATCC TM 16 or manufacturer specific test methods. It can also be applied in plastics to meet ISO 4892-1, 4892-2 and other standards. The interior automotive materials are also included in the application. It tests seat covers conforming to VDA 75202 standards.
