ATP's Double Data Rate (DDR) DRAM Module is an updated version of the SDRAM technology, with improved memory bandwidth levels and overall performance rates. This module delivers economical power consumption capabilities (compared to earlier SDRAM DRAM components) due to its 2.5 or 2.6-volt ratings. The DDR1 became compliant with international JEDEC standards in 2000.
