Description

The TT-sealers are pedal operated machines, controlled either mechanically (TTS model) or pneumatically (TTCD model). This leaves both hands free for packing. The profiled sealing bars are constantly heated and the sealing temperature is adjustable. The TTCD-model is equipped with timer and digital temperature control. Using pre-made bags the TT sealers can be used for sealing Paper and Aluminium laminates. This machine is perfectly fit for packaging coffee in laminated pouches (see video). The temperature of the jaws can be adjusted up to 200 °C to suit the type and thickness of the material to be sealed. Both sealing bars are heated providing efficient heat distribution. As it is equipped with a digital temperature control unit, the 300 TTCD may also be used for sealing Cellophane and Polypropyleen.
