Description

Overview with robust metal housing & M12x1 thread simple parameterisation with potentiometer Normally open (NO) non-flush mountable Description The AC005 capacitive sensor has a compact and robust metal thread with M12 diameter, an M12 connector and a sensing range from 3…12 mm. The metal thread effectively protects the sensor from mechanical damage. By way of example, the AC005 can be used for position detection and level monitoring. The sensor can be set easily and conveniently by means of a potentiometer. The switching status is indicated by means of prominent LED displays. The AC005 has a high degree of noise immunity and is therefore especially well suited for detecting dry bulk material. As with all capacitive sensors supplied by autosen, the AC005 also registers materials such as glass, ceramics, plastic and water-based liquids. The AC005’s scope of supply includes two lock nuts. You will find information about accessories and sensor cables suitable for the AC005 further down.
