Position detection using red light is performed reliably and precisely even on reflective surfaces. AO019 has a light-on switching output with IO-Link. The diffuse reflection sensor is programmed using the autosen:io software, the IO-Link and corresponding master AD001. Diffuse reflection sensor AO019 is particularly suitable for confined installation spaces. It benefits from its small, compact structural shape and the integrated cable. The end of the 0.3m long 3 x 0.08mm² PVC cable is connected to an M8 connector. Both the sensor and plug come with a protection rating of IP67 and work reliably in harsh conditions.
