Overview Ultrasonic sensor with stainless steel housing with M18 thread, Sensing range 60...800 mm Programmable normally open/ normally closed Also detects levels and visually difficult-to-detect objects (high-contrast, reflective, transparent, dark, etc.) reliably and contactless, even in case of vapour and dust with high resolution self-cleaning sensor membrane Description No matter if levels or objects with difficult optical properties (high contrast, reflective, transparent, dark) are to be detected – autosen's ultrasonic sensors even guarantee reliable high resolution object detection without contact in dust or fog. The self-cleaning sensor diaphragm transmits ultrasonic waves in short pulses and receives the reflected signal to calculate the distance to the nearest millimetre by means of the travel time of the sound. The new generation of ultrasonic sensors is extremely robust and very immune to interference. With our AA965 sonic tube you can reduce the sound lobe and thus adjust the measuring range.
