Stabilization system VX

VX: Vehicle Stabilization Unit Easy installation and simple operation make up the basic features of the VX electronic unit. The system is managed by a microcontroller providing four proportional (or on/off) current outputs connected to the software via the dual-axis tilt sensor. The VX electronic control unit includes reverse current, short circuit and high current protection relay. There are signal outputs for hydraulic systems with On/Off Safety Valve or Power-Pack hydraulic-motor. The VX unit, with dual microcontroller (redundant) and full digital control circuits as per the Machinery Safety Directive, is sealed in a robust aluminum cast casing in IP66 protection class. Working Principle: The system makes the "vehicle stabilization" operation completely automatic. After the operator extends the stabilizing legs manually, he presses the external "start" button, allowing the outrigger cylinders to touch the ground. At this stage, automatic level adjustment enters the circuit to balance the truck and continue to control the balance. During operation of the vehicle, if the balance subsequently deteriorates, the system generates an "alarm signal".
