THE industrial waste water, oil and sludge separator
•Simultaneous separation of water from oils and sludge
+ integrated outward transfer of oils and sludge
• Oils in all viscosities and specific weights
• Sludge of all kinds
• Flocked substances
• Emulsions using the AWAS splitter Org06 => oils into the oil tank
Simultaneous centrifugal-centripetal-gravimetric stream
• Round containers in coated steel, stainless steel, plastic (Galaxy Tower)
• AWAS Galaxy Spiral fixtures in existing concrete basins (Galaxy 2002)
Spiral Vortex Separators of Type AWAS Galaxy are derived according to the bionic principle, whereby, only with a slight fall, the light substances move centripetal to the center and heavy solids move centrifugally outward.
Oils: The centripetal agglomeration of the oils is formed towards the inner wall. The oils rise to the surface and are constantly absorbed and extracted into the oil tank. The water, released by light and heavy substances, flows through a circular overflow edge into the drain channel.
Sludge: The optimally sedimented substances are discharged into the hopper of the separator and can be derived by pump or outlet into the AWAS drainage container.
