Overview
AXTRA still liquids filling machines are engineered for accurate dosing and hygienic handling of non-carbonated liquid products, from low-viscosity fluids to viscous formulations. Designed for integration on automated packaging lines, they provide controlled product flow and reliable filling level management to ensure consistent fill quality.

Machine concept and operation
The solution is based on a rotary carousel with an infeed star wheel and dosing valves. Full glass guarding offers visibility during operation while maintaining hygiene and safety. The operator HMI touchscreen and control panel enable management of dosing parameters, product flow and filling-level settings.
