The BAADER 444 leaves the collarbone on the trunk. This is perfect for processing saltfish. The heading device can be disabled when just gutting the fish. Due to its special heading technique it is possible to process fish without the need to pre-bleed but pre-bled fish can also be processed as well as fish with their throats cut.
