Furnace fuel skid

Bartz furnace systems are turn-key facilities that are delivered with gas treatment equipment included. Gas treatment takes place by means of purge plugs or preferably by means of gas lances. Gas treatment with chlorine or argon serves to purify the molten aluminium and to lower the hydrogen content of the melt. The main components of the system are as follows: Gas cabinets including a mass flow controller PLC controller Gas lances or purge plugs A positioning device for the gas lances
