Boasting an impressive payload capacity for both vehicle and robotic arm, the MRS15 is an ideal solution for executing a wide array of tasks that demand stability, reach, and torque. Dimensions In its compact transport position, the system measures less than 2100 mm in length, 1800 mm in height, and 800 mm in width, allowing it to fit easily through a standard door. When transitioning to the operating position, the system's dimensions adjust to less than 1700 mm in width, ensuring optimal stability and performance in various construction environments. The system's low weight of less than 1300 kg enables it to be used on most slabs. Reach and Payload The system's manipulator, equipped with an end-effector, is designed to effectively perform tasks on ceilings and walls up to 4 meters in height, as well as on floors. With a rated effective payload of at least 20 kilograms, the manipulator ensures precision and reliability while handling various construction applications, making it a versatile and indispensable tool for most of construction sites. Manoeuvrability Equipped with obstacle detection capabilities, the system notifies the operator of critical obstructions during operations. With a maximum driving speed of 3 km/h, a 20-degree approach angle, and the ability to navigate surfaces with inclinations up to 50%, the system effortlessly maneuvers over objects up to 100 mm in height. Additionally, the system automatically stabilizes itself when hydraulics are engaged, ensuring safety and precision during operation.
