The directly coupled BAUER medium-pressure compressors of the BM series are designed for the most demanding requirements in the maritime environment. Ideal for ship installations, they combine compact design with reliable performance up to 30 bar. With a low centre of gravity and suitability for inclinations of up to 30°, BM compressors meet all requirements for offshore use. The air-cooled design with a large fan ensures reliable cylinder cooling even at high ambient temperatures. Compact and low-maintenance, the compressors of the BM series offer maximum operational reliability in the smallest of spaces. Their long service life, low oil consumption and extended maintenance intervals significantly reduce operating costs and make them the preferred solution for marine, shipping and offshore applications. The compressor blocks of the BM series feature two or three compressor stages in proven BAUER quality. An integrated oil pump ensures the lubrication of all main components, even under demanding conditions. The air-cooled design with a large fan ensures reliable cylinder cooling, even at high ambient temperatures. All compression stages are equipped with safety valves. A low center of gravity and tilt angles of up to 30° make these systems ideal for use on board and in offshore applications. Integrated intermediate separators, safety valves, and automatic condensate drainage are standard features. The entire system undergoes intensive quality testing prior to delivery and is delivered fully operational.
