Metal tempering

Be-Ge Stece AB dispose three heath liner for tempering which our two furnaces for the greater detalis are belt furnaces, and the third a shake furnance for smaller details. We have hardening and tempering processes in automatic continuous furnaces with protective gas atmosphere. Two Furnaces Our heat treatment processes are equipped with automated loading of parts on to the conveyer Our liners have both Manual and Automatic on-picking stations, which allows for unattended operation.We are aiming at fulfilling the CQI-9 standard, but are 3rd party certified already according to IATF 16949.
