Description

Overview
The aluminium bandsaw HBM540ALU is engineered for cutting ingots and billets made of aluminium and comparable non-ferrous metals (e.g. magnesium). It delivers fast, precise cuts with a small kerf and can be configured from a simple automatic machine with chip conveyor to a fully automated, linked sawing cell with integrated chip extraction.

  • Precision portal‑design guide system — Low‑vibration saw frame combined with linear portal guides for best cutting results and long service life.
  • Automatic guide arm — Ensures optimal sawing results without manual readjustment when material sizes change frequently.
