Introduced technology from BOBCOCK of Germany, SXJ type vertical bevel-planetary gearbox was independently researched and successfully developed based on ZGM coal mill start and operation features. The gearbox has been put into production in 1998. Until now, BPEG has more than 10 years experiences of production and operation for more than 2000 sets of gearboxes. Currently, SXJ-type vertical bevel planetary gearbox has formed 7 series including 28 models, satisfying all ZGM-type coal mills of different output. SXJ type gearbox is specifically developed to meet the ZGM coal mills start and operation features, and has the exceptional advantage of complete matching, safety, and smooth operation. Guaranteeing the gearbox transmission power, transmission efficiency, safety and stability, the bevel gears of the gearbox are redesigned to enhance the grinding ability of coal mills, which has been universally recognized in the electric power industry.
