Application:
The Beltron UV hand lamp is intended for mobile use under intense UV irradiation for curing fillings and bonding of materials such as glass or plastic. With suitable filters (e.g. blacklight) it can also be used for fluorescence testing.

Design:
The Beltron UV hand lamp features a 250 W UV bulb with a separate ballast. It delivers high radiated power (approx. 800 mW/cm²) and is designed for operator convenience. The lamp head remains cool during extended use thanks to optimized housing cooling and may be placed in the docking station on the ballast without restriction. The docking station is designed to prevent stray light exposure. Bulb options include iron (Fe), mercury (Hg) or gallium (Ga). Standard cable length between lamp and ballast is 4 m. The base houses the main switch, power switch and hour meter.
