CC/1770 UHS EXPRESS CLEAR COAT Clear coat formulated with last generation resins and for bi-coat waterborne systems in spot repairs, it stands out for its excellent aspect in gloss and curing speed as to dispose of the vehicle 40 minutes after applying the clear coat without any need of heat in the spray booth. DESCRIPTION CC/1770 is a clearcoat formulated for water-based bicoat systems for spot repairs. It stands out for its excellent brightness and drying speed, having the car available after 40´ from the application of the clearcoat without heating the cabin, and allowing important savings in the painting cycle, as well as increasing the productivity. In cabin you can use a drying cycle of 10´ at 60°C or 20 minutes at 40°C. IR drying is ready in 5 minutes. CC/1770 can be polished in approximately 1 hour. It has excellent resistance to UV, scratching, as well as chemical agents. When painting under high temperatures or larger surfaces, it is recommended to use the HA/8045 slow hardener. PRETREATMENT / CLEANING Designed for application on the W6000 Series or on existing paint in good condition previous sanding. The use of tack cloth is recommended. Should only be painted when the bicoat base is completely matt, according to the the recoating times indicated by the manufacturer.
