Description

Overview
Single-pole PCB-mount relay family: RZDR-G□S (Medium-Capacity Type) and RZDR-E□S (Large-Capacity Type). Designed as a reliable interface relay for PLC and microcomputer input/output circuits, suitable for switching signal-level circuits as well as inductive loads.

Features
  • Suitable for a wide range of applications from low-current signal circuits to power switching of inductive loads.
  • Wide range of current capacities; inductive loads can be switched directly from PLC signal outputs for compatible types.
  • Small footprint among Bestact board-mount relays.
  • Low coil power consumption to limit temperature rise on the PCB and in control cabinets.
  • Compatible with flow soldering processes.
  • Vibration and shock characteristics compliant with railway standard IEC 61373 Category 1 Class B.
  • Operates across a wide ambient temperature range.
  • Backward-compatible with RI series I/O relays.

Coil Specifications (selected entries)
Type / Contact arrangement / Rated voltage (E) / Coil resistance / Rated power consumption / Example operation characteristics:
RZDR-G10S/D12: 1NO / DC12V / 405 Ω / Approx. 0.4 W / Operating voltage: DC10.8V to DC13.2V; Releasing voltage: DC9.0V or less; Maximum allowable voltage: (transient) higher values limited by thermal considerations.
RZDR-G01S/D12: 1NC / DC12V / 295 Ω / Approx. 0.5 W / Operating voltage: DC10.8V to DC13.2V; Releasing voltage: DC1.2V or greater; Maximum allowable voltage: DC18.0V (refer to detailed table for thresholds).
Other types available with rated voltages DC24V, DC48V etc.; coil resistance and power consumption values vary by model (approx. 0.4 W to 0.7 W). Coil resistance tolerance ±10%; values given at +20℃. Maximum allowable voltage refers to transient limits; some types may operate erroneously if transient exceeds allowable values.
