Group with rotating trapezoidal screw , with supports, dust cup cylinders, and multiple nuts for heavy load use. Manual or motorised movements with mechanical or electronic position indicator. Group complete with felt dust cups, ready to mount flexible rubber protective screw covers. Group “Tecnology K” mod.T/DKAB+LK is ideal for moving mainly heavy loads horizontally, allows the regulation of axial play but, if needed, can also be used vertically/obliquely after prior risk assessment relative to the specific application. The system allows the control of the maximum wear of the nuts, tolerable up to a 1/4 pitch, and helps to provide an adequate protection for the machine by limiting any eventual risks due to nuts breaking. All this thanks to dimensioning of the supports and the notable quantity of thread gripped by our patented Manicotto ( Sleeve) with conical bush MCB which allows movement of a load 25% heavier than the Compact or Excellent units. For applications requiring the maximum safety in vertical/oblique operations we suggest using the Tecnology safety KS Group. Support for screws from TR 20 to TR 60.
