The Smart Bob 2 Super-High Temperature (model: SHT) Remote Option is generally designed for extreme operation temperatures which are above 500˚F, but not more than 1000˚F. Additionally, this remote option includes a 36"-long and 3"-diameter galvanized stand-off pipe necessary for extending the distance of the remote sensor from the heat source as well as a 1-1/4" galvanized pipe extension fitted with a bronze capable guide for keeping the sensor probe away from the stand pipe while being level with vessel top. All of the Delrin pulleys are substituted with aluminum pulley in a super-high temperature option. Furthermore, this remote option (model: SHT) is typically for usage with bare cable with either a stainless steel-made spike bob or weighted 4" stainless steel-made inverted cone.
