Black Box GigaTrue 3 Premium CAT6A shielded patch cables with locking connectors give you the ability to lock down critical network ports, offering three levels of security to choose from: Prevent unauthorized access and tampering of mission-critical and publicly accessible ports in government offices, lobbies, retail establishments and more. To lock down a port, a Red Locking pin inserts into the patented LockPORT boot of the cable. In order for the pin to be removed and the cable disconnected from its port, it must be released with a Removal Tool (KEY-CL). The Red Locking pins can be purchased in packs of 10 (LP50-RD-10PAK) and 25 (LP50-RD-25PAK). Prevent accidental disconnects in the office, manufacturing and industrial applications, and more. To secure a port, a Green Locking pin inserts into the cable’s LockPORT boot. This pin features butterfly tabs that can be pressed with fingers to release it, and does not require a Removal Tool.
