Heating piping system

Our test benches determines the fatigue endurance of tubes and pipes by applying cycles of stress induced by tension, compression and/or bending. The user can create a hydraulic pressure around or inside the pipes. A heating device gives the possibility to test hot pipes. These precise horizontal hydraulic presses are equipped with sophistic measurement equipment. Handling equipment for quick loading and unloading of the pipes may complete the test bench. Benches with characteristics up to: Tension up to 30 500 kN Compression up to 24 000 kN Test pipes with length from 2m up to 7 m Internal or external pressure of water or gaz: up to 3000 bar Heating device up to 340°C
