Quality monoblock frame. Spheroidal cast iron flywheels designed for high-speed, assembled on special hardened and tempered steel shafts, rotating on self-aligning roller bearing. The band blade is hydraulically tensioned; its rigidity is further increased by the two constant pressure blade guides, which assure high precision cuts with reduced removal. Electronic sensors for the constant check of the possible blade deviation. Electronic device for blade positioning. Centralised automatic lubrication for the blade and the flywheel rings. Prearranged for the connection to sawdust aspiration systems. FEEDING UNIT Composed by upper and lower motor driven rollers with large diameter (N. 3 upper and N. 3 lower rollers). Upper rollers with adjustable hydraulic pressure. Possibility to assemble splined, smooth or rubber covered rollers. Feeding speed continuously adjustable from 0 - 40 m./min. Electronic speed control according to blade deviation. SAWLINE FOR MULTIPLE CUTS Possibility to build a saw line up, with more than one saw, parallel assembled. Saw lines including 2-3-4-5-6-7-8 bandsaws, with centralized remote controls.
