Description

To prevent acceleration of hydraulic motors and cylinders at pulling loads Pilot operated check valve (leak-free) for installation in manifolds (cartridge valve), for sub plate mounting or with SAE flanged ports Size 12 … 32 Nominal pressure up to 350 bar Maximum flow 80 … 560 l/min Features Outflow controlled in accordance with the inflow on the side opposite the consumer Load-independent speed control Free flow in the opposite direction Optional with secondary relief valve Ratio of control pressure : load pressure = 1 : 20 Variation of the opening time by orifice preselection Variation of the closing time is possible by an external throttle check valve when being used at cylinders Series 2x Product description Check-Q-meters are used in hydraulic systems to influence the speeds of hydraulic motors and cylinders independent of the load (prevents running away). In addition there is an isolator function for pipe burst safety. The check-Q-meter comprises basically of the housing (1), main poppet (2), pilot part (3), pilot spool (4), damping spool (5) und pilot damping (6). Lifting the load With free-flow from A to B the main spool (2) is opened. If the load pressure fails (e.g. pipe break between the directional valve and ports A) then the main spool (2) immediately closes. This function is achieved by the connection of the load side (7) with spring chamber (8).
