Bradman Lake has integrated Rockwell's iTRAK® technology into the Intelligent Motion Loader (IML) to offer extensive flexibility while reducing the number of product transfers. The Intelligent Motion Loader (IML) loader receives randomly fed products, automatically synchronises, and loads them into the primary packaging equipment's infeed. It also can collate the products prior to transfer. It incorporates a transfer guide plate with optimised geometry for controlled release of product collations into the continuously moving infeed conveyor of the horizontal flow wrappers or baggers. The IML Loader provides completely independent control for each mover or car that is running on the track. Precise monitoring of the motion at all times is achieved by using electromagnets that are embedded within the framework, and the track advanced unique identifiers technology. • Single and Twin Pack collated without change parts. • Strong hygienic construction. • Guarding is carefully designed to allow good access to the machine and maximum visibility of the operation.
