Lapping machine for ceramic surfaces
Lapping machine with 6-shoe brushing heads for porcelain stoneware slabs and tiles.
The robust structure derived from experience gained in the natural stone sector, the lower maintenance costs, and the facility for Tango movement of the heads make Breton Kappa K the ideal machine for lapping ceramic surfaces.
Unique structural robustness and reliability in the sector
The structural components derived from Breton's long experience in the natural stone sector and the use of top quality electronics, make Kappa K a highly reliable machine.
The interchangeable work table makes it possible to work in the best conditions at all times, maintaining flatness over the long term and allowing it to be restored at any time, thus extending the machine's working life.
Spindles with 15 kW motors plus electronic systems for working pressure management guarantee correct power delivery at all times.
Evolved software for the maximum control
The management software, developed in Industry 4.0 logic, allows management of all machine parameters: working pressure, belt travel speed, and beam swing speed.
The parameters are displayed on the touch-screen monitor and then can be edited, saved, and retrieved in the form of work recipes.
Each spindle is equipped with a dedicated control panel with buttons that allow the operator to perform targeted actions on individual heads, i.e. changing work parameters or managing tool change cycles.
No more process-related areas of opacity
Thanks to the special Tango movement (patented), Breton Kappa K's spindles can execute synchronised oscillating movements with respect to the vertical axis.
