TEST BECHNES FOR DRIVE UNITS An important focus of BRIGHT Testing is in the area of ​​testing technology for internal combustion engines as well as for e-axles in the interface between the e-machine (load machine) and the test item. We offer you fully automated as well as partially automated test solutions. The following components are already being used successfully: Test bench gearbox (PG): The PG consists of a housing in which a dual mass flywheel is integrated. The PG significantly reduces the primary component of the motor’s mass moment of inertia. A simple assembly of the shaft train is guaranteed. The advantages of the PG at a glance: Integrated temperature monitoring of the storage Low-noise, low-vibration and low-maintenance Safe and easy docking via a tooth system Reduction of the mass moment of inertia (primary side) Dual mass flywheel (DMF): The DMF (e.g. arc spring coupling) is connected to the PG by an adapter with a stub shaft. Due to the high quality of the bearings used in the PG, a high-precision run is guaranteed, which results in a reduction in vibration. Excellent damping behavior is also made possible. BRIGHT sliding system (BSS): The BRIGHT sliding system was designed for PG in the engine test bench and facilitates handling when setting up. The PG is attached to the sliding system and remains on the trolley. When setting up the engine, it is simply pushed in.
