OverviewThe SuperWhite DRWB whitens rice using a grinding rotor and screen arrangement. It is designed to produce high yields of head rice and a consistent quality of rice. It also has low energy consumption.
Key benefits- Airflow and shape – designed to prevent residues: Bran is sucked out pneumatically and continuously conveyed to the central bran collection point. The aspiration chamber is round and formed by two stainless steel doors; the housing shape maintains an even airflow to help avoid residues.
- Designed for easy operation and maintenance: The SuperWhite is designed with easy access to the whitening chamber. Frames and all brakes can be moved simultaneously by turning a single hand wheel.
- Cost-efficient rice processing: The SuperWhite whitener is part of the SuperLine range, featuring a compact milling chamber that processes high capacity in a small space, helping to save energy and reduce costs.
Highlight features- Flexible control: The SuperWhite DRWB is available with three brake bars that can be adjusted simultaneously while the machine is operating. Brakes are fixed to the screen so the whole assembly can be moved by adjusting the brakes with a hand wheel. A scale allows precise setting of the whitening pressure.
- Higher yields: The machine design provides a special airflow that minimises temperature increase during pressurised whitening, reducing kernel damage and increasing yields.
