The balancers of the EL series are constructed like the A-balancers, but have a ratchet mechanism locking mechanism which can be selected and deselected according to the application requirements. The locking mechanism is designed to allow loads up to 28 kg (62 lb) to be fixed in any desired position in the cable pull-out area.
