The Genius Servo Konti includes a forming collar, which can be loaded both manually and fully automatically. Using a flat film, a sealed package with overlapping film at the bottom of the product is produced. By means of permanently heated sealing systems, all commercially available films from polyethylene to polyolefin and PVC, can be processed with this film packaging machine. The finest seals can be produced in combination with polyolefin film and the BVM cutter. Easy conversions of the Genius packaging machine without hand wheels and with the help of a servo motor (also for the sealing positions and the sealing level) guarantee short changeover times and a high production reliability. The format range extends from 450 mm to 700 mm sealing width, depending on the model.
